THEMES
"Bare Feet" explores the overarching theme of friendship - it answers the question of what it means to have a friend that is more than a brother; SACRIFICE. LOSS. FRIENDSHIP. QUEST FOR PROMINENCE.

FOOTBALL AS A VEHICLE
When a Ghanaian player breaks through to the global stage, he carries the hopes of every young boy who once played barefoot in the streets, chasing a dream that so few ever achieve.

BareFeet is an ode to my journey as an artist and a creative. This film is my my way of shedding light on the dreams of my childhood friends who believed in football but never had the chance. This film is my motivation; to those who do not believe. It is an encouragement to the barefoot talented boy or girl in Africa. There is light at the end of the tunnel.
